What is your return policy?

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please email us at Shop@BrennaFineJewelry.com. Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered jewelry items returned in original packaging (Brenna fine jewelry Box how it was shipped). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we see any wear or improper use of the item upon return.

The following are NOT eligible for return nor exchange:

  • Engraved
  • Custom
  • Personalized
  • Birthstone Pieces
  • Engagement Rings
  • any international shipping address

While balancing the fact that we are a small business, we try to offer easy returns. We make jewelry to order, and we invest in materials, free shipping, and staffing. As such, returns and repurchases are limited to 2 transactions (i.e. original order > return for new item). After that point your purchases may become final sale. We reserve the right to use our professional discretion or limit purchases.

What is your shipping policy?

Currently, we are estimating 4-6 weeks for anything not in our in-stock collection, but some items that require less customization can be ready in 1-3 weeks.

If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please contact us at shop@brennafinejewelry.com and we can see if it is possible. We make all of our pieces to order. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests but ordering with expedited shipping DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately.

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the beginning of the following week.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your item order is on the way.

Where is Brenna Fine Jewelry made?

All of our pieces are handmade to order in Manhattan New York. We take pride in making everything by hand and with extra quality control before shipping anything to our clients.

Do you do repairs?

Jewelry is meant to be worn, that being said we make fine jewelry that needs to be handled with care. If your jewelry breaks within 1 year of receipt and we assess it as manufacture defect we will repair it free of charge, but you will be responsible for round trip shipping. 

Brenna Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a repair or charge fees for repairs using our professional discretion. Repairs needed after 1 year or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Any missing stones must be covered by the customer.

Do you do custom work?

Yes! We love to do custom work, contact us through our Custom Portal to start the process today! 

Can you resize a piece of jewelry?

Yes, depending on the nature of the piece we can resize most of our pieces. Please contact us through our Custom Portal to get in touch with us. 

Can you engrave, add charms, or customize a piece of jewelry after purchase?

Yes, we would be happy to help you with any customizations on pieces that you wish to customize.
