The boyfriend heart necklace was designed from the first valentine's day card Brenna's husband Artur gave her, he signed it with this heart, and she took this beautiful handwritten heart and made it into a piece of gold.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered jewelry items returned in original packaging (Brenna fine jewelry Box how it was shipped). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we see any wear or improper use of the item upon return.

We offer easy returns, while balancing the fact that we are a small business. We make jewelry to order and there is a lot of sunk cost in our raw materials, free shipping, staffing. As such, returns and repurchases are limited to 2 transactions (i.e. original order > return for a new item). After that point a restocking fee of 30% will be assessed or your purchases may become final sale. We reserve the right to use our professional discretion or limit purchases.
